What shipping methods and trade terms do you support?

We globally support EXW, FOB, DAP, and DDP. Our logistics team will recommend the most cost-effective routing:

Existing Logistics (EXW/FOB): We recommend EXW if you have your own forwarder, giving you full control over schedules and cash flow.

One-Stop Solution (DAP/DDP): If you lack a forwarder, we provide a complete turnkey solution (pickup, customs, delivery). We guarantee only actual logistics costs are charged, with zero hidden markups.

How long does production and shipping take?

Standard Catalog Products: Typically ship within 15–30 business days.

Custom OEM/ODM Orders: Require approximately 30–45 days, depending on mold complexity and order volume.

We provide a precise, detailed timeline alongside every official quotation to ensure your supply chain remains predictable.

How do you ensure product quality and what certifications do you provide?

We deploy a rigorous 3-Step QC Process: (1) Raw material inspection, (2) In-line production monitoring, (3) Pre-shipment container loading supervision. Full inspection reports and photos are provided.

Process Inspection Advised: Given international shipping volatility, we highly recommend in-line process inspections over waiting for physical samples.

Certifications: We facilitate CPC, ASTM, and EN71 testing for market access. Certification costs are quoted separately and transparently—you never pay for unnecessary tests rolled into the product price.

Can I customize packaging, branding, or product formulations?

How do I get a quote and what is the purchasing workflow?

Step 1 (PI): Once pricing and shipping are confirmed, we issue a formal Proforma Invoice.

Step 2 (Deposit): A 30% deposit officially initiates production and material preparation.

Step 3 (Balance & Dispatch): After final QC and before shipment, the 70% balance is cleared. We then release the full Bill of Lading (B/L) and documents for smooth customs clearance.
